XIM Products, Inc. introduces a new clear, waterbased primer and sealer for interior walls and surfaces. Aptly named Restorz™ II, it incorporates XIM’s Flash Bond® Technology.

The Restorz II sealer is water-based and low VOC featuring a pleasant lemon fragrance with easy application and equipment cleanup. Developed and tested in cooperation with numerous NGPP members, it seals most surfaces including drywall, drywall mud, old paste and adhesive—allowing a uniform surface for painting or wall covering. With a higher build for porous surfaces, application by brush, roller or spraying has never been easier and prevents running or dripping.

XIM’s Flash Bond Technology includes distinctive water-based nano-particles— a unique blend of adhesive polymers for superior mechanical and chemical adhesion; surface penetrants for superior penetration and improved adhesion; wetters for excellent surface contact so adhesion and penetration may begin; and polymeric film hardeners which make the film as hard as an alkyd when fully cured— without sacrificing adhesion.
